    1. 20 fully equipped rooms
    2. competitive pricing/special group rates
    3. 24 hour access to food and drinking water
    4. we are 8 feet above sea level, making our location harder to flood.
    5. we have a 50 vehicle secure parking facility for news media equipment and temporary storage that is flood safe.
    6. Our location is on DUVAL STREET at the 500 block which is ideal for filming coverage of an impending disaster type situation.
