WEDDING PRICE GUIDE-we make it simple for you:

• Use of Sundeck and tiki bar :$1000.00
• Use of Sundeck alone: $800.00
• Use of Sundeck with up to 12 rooms rented(includes tiki bar use): $ 500.00

OPTIONS(wedding):

• rental of additional chairs: depends on group size
• rental of additional caterer: depends on food type
• rental of additional tables: depends on food quantity

Conditions(wedding):

• Your wedding can be on beautiful DUVAL STREET with your guests living in the same facility
• we will allow any caterer or wedding planner of your choice to use our facility at the above listed rates.
• Rates reflect SUN to THURS between 2:00PM and 8:00PM, up to 5 hours max.
